Pengadaan lewat E-Catalog shg tdk ada yg dpt mengutak-atik spesifikasi barang dari penyedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Spec tdk pernah diubah dan dalam berita acara tdk menyebutkan merk yg harus dibeli. Tdk pernah ada perubahan harga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Pengusaha yg dimaksud dlm gambar tdk pernah ada kontrak pekerjaan dgn Dinkes Tomohon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. CT.Scan bukan syarat dlm penerapan BLUD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
