Ia bahkan mengungkapkan, hingga saat ini, tak satupun perusahaan tambang di daerah ini memiliki ijin pertambangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Setahu saya, tak satu pun perusahaan tambang di daerah ini mengantongi ijin pertambangan resmi dari instansi terkait. Jadi kalau sampai hari ini ada perusahaan melakukan penambangan emas di wilayah Tanah Mahamu, apalagi menggunakan alat berat, itu illegal dan melanggar hukum, sehingga harus ditindak tegas oleh aparat hukum,&#8221; ujar Kakondo kepada KETIK24.COM, Selasa (03\/10\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secara normatif, lanjut Kakondo, Kementrian ESDM telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Nomor 13.K\/MB.04\/DJB.M\/2023 tentang Pencabutan Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 163.K\/MB.04\/DJB\/202, tentang Persetujuan Peningkatan Tahap Operasi Produksi Kontrak Karya PT Tambang Mas Sangihe (TMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ini kan menjadi sebuah ironi, jika aparat hukum dan pemerintah daerah tidak melakukan tindakan tegas dengan menghentikan aktivitas penambangan di areal tanah mahamu yang hingga saat ini dengan bebas melakukan perusakan lingkungan di wilayah tersebut,&#8221; tegasnya lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saat dimintai tanggapannya soal adanya orang kuat dibelakang perusahaan yang saat ini secara leluasa melakukan penambangan menggunakan puluhan alat berat, Kakondo yang akrab disapa Bu Op itu, mengatakan, siapapun orang kuat itu, jika melanggar aturan, harus ditindak tegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kita adalah negara hukum.
