{"id":4588,"date":"2024-05-27T23:22:06","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T15:22:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=4588"},"modified":"2024-05-27T23:22:07","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T15:22:07","slug":"2-anak-notaris-ternama-di-sulut-resmi-di-sumpah-jadi-advokad-peradi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=4588","title":{"rendered":"2 Anak Notaris Ternama di Sulut Resmi di Sumpah Jadi Advokad PERADI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KETIK24COM, MANADO<\/strong> &#8211; Ketua Pengadikan Tinggi (PT) Manado Asli Ginting SH, MH resmi mengambil sumpah kepada 48 Advokad PERADI Sulut yang dinyatakan lulus dalam ujian, Senin (27\/05\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketua PERADI Sulut Stevie Da Costa SH, MH menegaskan bahwa proses peyumpahan tersebut telah melewati beberapa porses yakni PKPA dan ujian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSetelah melalui proses PKPA dan ujian ke-48 Advokad ini dinyatakam lulus dan kemudian diambil sumpah,\u201d terang Da Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lanjut dikatakan Da Costa dengan pengambilan sumpah ini diharapkan para Advokad dapat menjankan profesinya secara profesional dan berintgritas serta bertanggungjawab atas kliennya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaya berharap bahwa para Advokad ini dapat menjalankan profesinya secara profesional, berintegritas dan bertanggungjawab. Sehingga pekerjaan yang menjual jasa ini tidak disalah gunakan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari penyumpahan ini ada hal menarik, dimana dua kakak beradik yang disumpah menjadi Advokad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kedua kakak beradik tersebut yakni David Sumanti SH dan Yudita Sumanti SH, yang merupakan anak dari Notaris ternama di Sulut Grace Sarendatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David yang sempat diwawancarai oleh sejumlah awak media mengatakan bahwa Ia memilih Advokad karena terpanggil untuk menyetarakan Hukum terutama bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaya terpanggil menjadi Advokad, untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan keadilan.
