{"id":492,"date":"2021-11-25T20:46:16","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T12:46:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=492"},"modified":"2021-11-25T20:46:18","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T12:46:18","slug":"akademisi-unsrat-implementasi-kebijakan-otda-banyak-tantangan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=492","title":{"rendered":"Akademisi Unsrat : Implementasi Kebijakan Otda Banyak Tantangan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KETIK24Com<\/strong> &#8211; Akademisi Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) Dr Ferry Daud Liando SIP MSi menilai implementasi kebijakan Otonomi Daerah (Otda) yang telah berjalan lebih dua puluh tahun di negara ini masih banyak menemui hambatan sehingga visinya belum terarah dengan baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketua Jurusan Pemerintahan Fispol Unsrat ini mengatakan hal tersebut pada Seminar Nasional KAPSIPI di Bandung, Rabu (24\/11\/2021) dengan topik Format Pemerintahan Pasca Pilkada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada\u00a0 seminar yang menghadirkan pembicara tokoh nasional antara lain Mendagri Dr Tito Karnavian, Gubernur Jabar Dr Ridwan Kamil, para peneliti, Liando mengemukakan beberapa hal berkaitan dengan kebijakan Otda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pada prinsipnya kebijakan Otda bermaksud mendorong agar aktor di daerah mampu dan mandiri mengelola daerahnya sendiri. Namun Otda telah menempatkan posisi masyarakat yang awalnya hanya sebagai objek berubah menjadi subjek pembangunan,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visi besar kebijakan otda kata Liando adalah untuk memperbaiki pelayanan publik agar menjadi lebih mudah, berkualitas dan adil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tetapi, menurut Liando, implementasi visi itu mengalami banyak hambatan dan tidak mudah.
