MANADO, KETIK24.Com<\/strong> – PT. Millenium Star Alvia (MSA) buka suara terkait beredarnya informasi permasalahan penahanan ijazah tanpa dasar yang disebarkan mantan karyawannya Dessy Buntuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penasehat Hukum PT. MSA Alfian Boham, SH mengungkapkan, yang disampaikan mantan karyawan tidak benar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tidak benar kalau ada penahanan Ijazah milik Dessy Buntuan. Yang terjadi adalah pada bulan Oktober 2024 Dessy pinjam uang ke owner sebesar Rp 10 juta karena rumahnya akan disita bank. Dessy menghubungi salah satu owner PT. MSA di Amerika, yang ketika itu di Amerika itu pukul 01.30 dini hari tapi tetap dilayani owner. Ada bukti transfer dan chattingnya,” jelas Alfian di kantor PT. MSA Selasa (28\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan tentang penahanan ijazah, tidak pernah ada peraturan perusahaan untuk menahan ijazah karyawan, tambah Alfian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

“Yang terjadi sebenarnya, Saudari Dessy lah yang menawarkan untuk memegang ijazahnya ketika dia pinjam uang ke owner. Tapi untuk penahanan ijazah, tidak pernah ditanggapi owner. Owner pun tidak pernah melihat ijazah tersebut,” jelas Alfian lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fakta yang lebih mengejutkan lanjut Alfian, ternyata Dessy dan Joyce telah membuka perusahaan yang sama dengan PT. MSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jadi disinilah terlihat apa yang yang dilakukan Dessy dan Jois sebenarnya sudah mereka rencanakan. Terindikasi uang yang dipinjam Dessy sebesar Rp 10 juta sepertinya bukan untuk bayar rumah, tapi untuk mendirikan perusahan yang sama. Dessy membuka PT. Debu Digi Cipta dan Jois Lomban membuka PT. Joys Love Blessing Ada indikasi juga terjadi pencurian data base perusahan. Owner PT. MSA sudah sepakat akan membawa masalah ini ke jalur hukum. Segera akan kami buatkan laporan polisinya,” tegas Alfian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secara tegas Penasehat Hukum PT. MSA ini mengatakan, kliennya telah melakukan semua ketentuan sesuai Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Semua hak-hak tenaga kerja sesuai Undang-undang ketenagakerjaan sudah dipenuhi perusahan. Gaji saudari Dessy dan Jois juga diatas ketentuan UMP. Jadi apa yang dituduhkan Dessy dan Joi tidak benar,” pungkas Alfian.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
