{"id":5564,"date":"2025-02-21T09:27:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T01:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=5564"},"modified":"2025-02-21T09:27:51","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T01:27:51","slug":"kpk-tahan-sekjen-pdi-perjuangan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ketik24.com\/?p=5564","title":{"rendered":"KPK Tahan Sekjen PDI Perjuangan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JAKARTA, Ketik24.com<\/strong> &#8211; Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menahan Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto pada Kamis (20\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasto tampak turun dari tangga di gedung KPK dengan tangan diborgol dan mengenakan rompi tahanan berwarna oranye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasto ditahan setelah menjadi tersangka dalam kasus suap proses pergantian antar waktu (PAW) anggota DPR RI Harun Masiku dan perintangan penyidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelumnya, Hasto Kristiyanto memenuhi panggilan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk diperiksa sebagai tersangka terkait kasus suap proses PAW anggota DPR dan perintangan penyidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasto menyatakan bahwa ia siap ditahan KPK jika dibutuhkan penyidik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ya sudah siap lahir batin (jika ditahan KPK),&#8221; kata Hasto di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, Kamis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasto mengatakan, penahanan merupakan bagian dari proses hukum yang berkeadilan di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia yakin demokrasi tetap berjalan jika upaya paksa itu diambil penyidik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pertanyaan yang baik, bagaimana kalau saya ditahan? Dengan semuanya Republik ini dibangun berdasarkan hukum yang berkeadilan, itu konsepsi awalnya, karena itulah ketika itu terjadi, semoga tidak ya,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ini saya yakini akan menjadi pupuk bagi demokrasi, ini akan menjadi benih-benih bagi upaya untuk mewujudkan suatu sistem penegakan hukum yang sebenar-benarnya tanpa pandang pilih,&#8221; sambungnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasto mengatakan, penahanan merupakan bagian dari perjuangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia masih yakin perbuatannya tidak membuat negara merugi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaya tidak menjabat sebagai pejabat negara, tidak ada kerugian negara terhadap kasus yang mencoba ditimpakan kepada saya,\u201d ucap dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KPK menetapkan Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) sebagai tersangka dalam kasus suap terhadap Komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan pada 24 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penetapan tersangka ini berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan Nomor Sprin.Dik\/153\/DIK.00\/01\/12\/2024 tertanggal 23 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, Hasto juga ditetapkan sebagai tersangka karena diduga merintangi penyidikan atau obstruction of justice (OOJ) dalam kasus Harun Masiku.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JAKARTA, Ketik24.com &#8211; Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menahan Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) PDI Perjuangan Hasto&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5566,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"rop_custom_images_group":[],"rop_custom_messages_group":[],"rop_publish_now":"initial","rop_publish_now_accounts":[],"rop_publish_now_history":[],"rop_publish_now_status":"pending","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"kia_subtitle":"","_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[718],"tags":[2835,1305,2834,1776,2833],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-5564","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hukrim","tag-harun-masiku","tag-jakarta","tag-kpk","tag-pdip","tag-sekjen-pdi-perjuangan"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
